The active-play phenomenon started by Wii Sports now spreads to your whole body thanks to Wii Fit and the pressure-sensitive Wii Balance Board, which comes bundled with it. Used together players will experience an extensive array of fun, dynamic and surprisingly challenging activities, including aerobics, yoga, muscle stretches and balance oriented games. The focus of these activities is towards providing a "core" workout, a popular exercise method that emphasizes slower, controlled motions, but its the fun approach to fitness of Wii Fit that will keep players hooked on fitness for years to come.Have fun while you get fitThe Wii Balance Board. The best game we have bought so far, so many things to it and all good fun. Developing your balance skills is really entertaining. We've had hours of fun from ours and can not recommend it enough. There are so many parts to it that it really is worth the money.

We bought this when it was first released and I must say, have been extremely happy with it. We've been keeping an eye on our weight as well as playing the games, We've also got our folks hooked. A must by for the family!!!!

I think wii fit is quite a good overall game, as it has a wide selection of games for the whole family from push ups to skiing and heading a ball to standing on one foot for balance. Also it comes with the handy balance board which is compatible with we ski and the forth coming wii music which seems to look like a gem. Although wii fit is a pricey 70 and looks to be even more as everyone is rushing to buy one for christmas, but all I can say it is definately worth the wait, so save up and enjoy!
