Well, I bought this cable as it was cheaper than the official PS3 HDMI cable, and I can say that I am very pleased I made the decision to buy it. This is the definition of plug & play. One end into the PS3, the other into the HD TV and youre away. I am currently using this with my PS3 on my 19" Mikomi HD TV. Not a big name, as you might be able to tell, but it works perfectly. The difference in picture quality is quite obvious, as the screen seems to become more compact while still kepping the same ratio, the colours are a lot more vivid and obvious, and the sound quality is much improved. I am comparing all of those to the bog standard scart cable. I can easily recommend this to anyone who has a HD TV and wants to enjoy the pure joy of gaming in the world of High Definition.
