Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 is an action role-playing game which boasts a roster of playable superheroes from the Marvel comics, alongside storylines from the Marvel Secret War and Civil War.
After a disaster is brought about by sloppy superheroes, the US government decides to clamp down on all people with special powers by passing the Superhero Registration Act. This law means that heroes must register with the government and become agents - a decision that's not welcomed by all! As a result, the Marvel universe is split in two with Iron Man leading the Pro-registration side and Captain America the anti-registration side.
