I think this game is good, and I recommend for people who like:
Free roaming a lot
Cool Scenery
Having a bit of fun
Won't take this game too seriously
But perhaps a do not buy for people who:
Are serious about the races (Beause it's not what the game is all about)
Don't like free roaming
Slow driving time
And particular about graphics, bugs and things like that...
For me it's a great game, with amazing places to drive through, some bizarre and cool vehicles, and driving with three tornadoes around you is just MINT!
